The main objective of this scheme and successive programs is to Technology infusion and/or up gradation of Indian micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), their modernization and promotion of their exports.

• Industry/Enterprise Associations; MSMEs
• Registered Societies/Trusts and Organisations associated with the MSME.

• Deputation of MSME business delegations to other countries for exploring new areas
• Participation by Indian MSMEs in international exhibitions, trade fairs and buyer-seller of international standards
• Holding international conferences and seminars on topics and themes of interest to the MSME

Applications for seeking financial assistance, in the prescribed proforma may be submitted to the Director (International Cooperationn), Ministry of MSME, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi
